New watch

Our brand new watches are unused, come with the original protective film and all accessories, and are covered by the brand's worldwide after-sales guarantee. Once a brand new watch is sold, no returns will be accepted for any reason unless it is a quality issue with the watch.

Pre-owned watch

The pre-owned watches we sell are repaired and polished to ensure proper functioning before they are delivered to the customer. Customers who wish to return a watch after receiving it must bear the logistics costs of returning the watch, and we also charge a 5% fee of the total price of the watch. Upon receipt of the watch, we will carry out a full inspection of the watch to ensure that it is the model we have sold you, and once all this has been done, the remainder of your payment will be refunded to the account you have nominated.
